Make certain to drink adequate amounts of pure water daily. A good formula is half your body weight in ounces of water a day. Make certain you’re not eating any (or very little) fatty, fried or processed foods. Go easy on sodas and sugary foods too. If you want to improve your skin and treat acne eating a healthy diet is a must.
Once you determine whether or not you’re really eating a proper diet the next step is to figure out secondary causes of acne.
